Job Description

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds while monitoring all shop machines and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure it is operating properly
  • Responsible for maintaining production and support equipment (systems: electrical, control, and mechanical)
  • Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to maintain the operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment of complex parts
  • Manage the preventative maintenance schedule and complete work orders as scheduled
  • Implement and coordinate preventative maintenance
  • Refurbish, modify, and install production support equipment as necessary
  • Keep work area and machinery clean and free of clutter
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience or some post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience with 3-phase power and distribution required
  • Maintenance experience: CNC repair, facilities, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing
  • Proven experience with automation controls
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blue prints and technical procedures
  • Ability to use measuring equipment
  • Ability to safely operate an overhead crane
  • Ability to be on-call
  • Independent self-starter requiring little to no supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to stand for periods of time up to 10 hours in duration and work in wet and dusty environment
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to seventy (70) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to one hundred (100) pounds
