Job Description


The Lutheran Home Association is seeking a full-time Housing Manager to lead and oversee Kingsway Retirement Living, an 81-apartment assisted/independent living facility located in Belle Plaine, Minnesota.

We seek an enthusiastic, service-orientated person with strong leadership, financial management, marketing, organizational, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Must possess the ability to make sound judgments and ensure exceptional customer service and care. An associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college in a health care field, and a minimum of three years’ experience working in health care required. Supervisory and assisted living experience is required. Dementia care experience and knowledge in housing with services preferred. Candidate must be willing to receive certifications as needed to ensure regulatory compliance.

The Housing Manager will report directly to the Regional Director of Senior Services. Candidate will collaborate with sister facilities.
