Job Description

The Lutheran Home Association is seeking a Donor Relations Specialist to maintain positive connections with our donors and maintain the donor database management system. This is a part-time (20-28 hours/week) position. Responsibilities include acknowledging donors for gifts, entering and processing gifts, analyzing and interpreting fundraising data, verifying donation data for accuracy and consistency, researching current and prospective donors, and designing and running queries and custom reports out of the donor database system.

A minimum of three years database management experience is preferred. Must possess excellent customer service, analytical, critical thinking and writing skills. Must also be highly organized, confidential, and detail-oriented. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
