Job Description: Our caregivers, we call them Direct Support Professionals (DSP), are the heart and soul of our care community. DSP’s on our team provide compassionate care and support to all residents. We’re looking for people who want to make a difference in a rewarding job. Responsibilities and duties:
Assist clients with daily living activities
Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Think you mind not have enough experience? Don’t worry, we will provide on-the-job training. Even if you haven't worked as a caregiver or worked in this type of setting before, we will provide you with all the training you need!
Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant? Hope Residence offers a higher wage to reward you for your experience. This experience will help you in this position and allows you maintain certification on the Minnesota Registry.
We have full time and part time openings for day & evening shifts!
Looking for a weekend job? We have opportunities for Premium Pay Positions.
-Team members will be scheduled for 16 hours each weekend (Saturday and Sunday) but be paid for 22 hours per weekend.
-Team members will be scheduled Monday-Friday 6 a.m.-8:30 a.m. and work 12.5 hours/week and be paid for 16 hours/week.
Hope Residence is a 52-bed intermediate care facility serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities located at 611 West Main Street, Belle Plaine, Minnesota.
